"Game Of Thrones" more than 350,000 people want a remake of the last season
From Thursday morning, a Change.org petition entitled " Remake Game of Thrones Season 8 with writers.""""had more than 350,000 signatures.
"[Showrunners] David Benioff and D. B. Weiss proved to be sadly incompetent writers when they have no source (i.e. books) to fall back on, " reads the petition. "This series deserves a final season that makes sense. Subvert my expectations and make it happen, HBO!"
The goal is to collect 500,000 signatures from people dissatisfied with the way the eighth and final season of the series unfolds.
Even if some people don't like it, they certainly look at it.
According to HBO (which is owned by CNN's parent company), the season 8 of the series average of 43 million viewers per episode in audience gross, an increase of more than ten million viewers compared to season 7.
The penultimate episode of" Game of Thrones", titled" The Bells", this Sunday, was watched by a record 18.4 million viewers across all platforms HBO.

This surpassed the record of 17.8 million viewers set two weeks ago for the episode "The Long Night" about the Battle of Winterfell.
The long-awaited final of the series is expected to air on Sunday.
The showrunners knew there'd be a lot of debate last season.
Benioff and Weiss told Entertainment Weekly before the show and Benioff told EW: "from the beginning, we talked about how the show would end."
